Isam Kabbani & Partners for Supply & Trade Co. was established in 1980 as a small-scale business in Saudi Arabia’s Western region. After establishing its Head Office in Jeddah, the Company gradually expanded its business operations by opening strategic branches across Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Al Qaseem, Dammam, Khamis Mushait, Tabuk and recently in Sakaka. In 1992, the company merged with The IKK Group of Companies (www.IKK-Group.com), a diversified business Group in terms of products, services and geography, specialized in trading, manufacturing and contracting. It is composed of 60 independent companies operating across 13 countries, covering all major cities in the Region. The Group operate through 200 divisions, branches and outlets, and employs today around 14,000 men and women. Soon thereafter, it developed into a specialized company offering the best in food supplies, ingredients, and high quality consumer products imported from Greece, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Jordan, United Arab Emirates and India. The Company’s expanded operations even further, manufacturing food products under its own brands: Victoria, Al Sawsan, Al Basha, and Jeeda. It is also the exclusive agent in the Saudi Arabian market of exceptional suppliers from different countries across the world. In 2017 as a part of modern transformative measures, the company re- branded itself as “IKK Foods”, with the aim of becoming one of the most trusted food importer in the Region, delivering to the market delicious, superior quality and reasonably priced food products. IKK Foods further developed in 2019 a joint venture with ‘Dar Zaytoun Arabian Company LLC.’ whereby an olive oil bottling factory was established, starting bottling oil locally in the ‘King Abdullah Economic City’, Rabigh/Saudi Arabia, as per the highest standards with the aim of covering the local market needs and also exporting its products around the world. The factory has today the capacity to bottle various olive oil types, such as the extra virgin, virgin, pure & pomace. The IKK Foods distribution fleet size today stands at 80 large & medium-sized vehicles, serving different regions and channels throughout the KSA.
